Welcome to BDI Ministries. We are glad to have you drop in. Just in case you were wondering, BDI is an acronym for "By Divine Inspiration." We are dedicated to serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and it is by His leading through the Holy Spirit that this site and all of the work that we have done has come into being. It gives us great joy and pleasure to be ambassadors for Christ and we pray that in some way we can help you enhance your walk with the Lord. My name is Rev. Dr. Steven C. Brown, and with the valuable assistance of my loving wife, Marilyn, we are honored to share in what the Lord has given us. Marilyn has been active as a High School Teacher and has also served as counselor for a local pregnancy center, as a board member of our local chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association. I have done many things in my life to make a living, but by far the most rewarding work I have done or will ever do, is to serve the Lord. I have spent the last 20 years or so as a Chaplain in our local jails and prisons, as Chaplain of CMA and as a Bible Teacher and writer of Bible studies, commentaries and Inspirational prose and poetry. This written material is available to anyone who might be able to use it in their own studies or in their house of worship or Bible study groups. You can find all of this material in our Biblical Resources Library. We truly hope that you can share in our joy in providing this material to you, since it was such a joy for us to share in what God has blessed us with.
